Never got my coins I paid for
Lesson learned. On 10/05 I paid $19.99 for coins. Never got them. I wrote to customer service, sent them proof of payment (Apple receipt) and still have no resolution as of 10/21. They have not given me my coins, refunded me or offered any sort of compensation. Their customer service is lacking and they don’t seem to care about their customers. Otherwise I’ve enjoyed the app, but may have to just get rid of it due to this experience.
