GREAT APP, BAD SERVICE
I’ve worked in retail most of my life and was taught that “the customer is always right”. And to properly resolve customer problems to prevent loss of business. Quidd has the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. They blatantly ignore violations of their own documented Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Twice now I’ve taken the time to email support and twice I’ve gotten no explanation or resolution. One star service and employee retraining NEEDED!
