This company steals and does not follow its own procedures!
Wanted to update my review. After spending lots of my hard earned cash and tons of effort from my life. And countless days/hours I put into this app. Quidd decided to ban me because I was swearing on a forum along with many others who were upset about spending money one day and their whole servers going down. They give you a place to speak your mind and as an upset customer I did.
Fair enough I shouldnt have been swearing on a place where kids now overflow the app. But if you go under there help section Quidd states that they give you 3 offenses! On the first one which was my first and only one. They say they give you a 24hr ban and on the 2nd and 3rd one they can potentially ban you forever.
So here is where they went wrong as a company. After 3 days of missing out on everything. They sent me a email saying that Im banned for ever. After just my first ban! And heres the kicker. All the things we the ppl assume we own since we are spending money on these non tangable/non real items. They turned around and kept all my 44,000+ items! Gone and you cant even keep them by moving them to another account. Which means to the ppl spending money on this app. You dont really own anything you spend on here! They can strip you of it and keep it! Can you imagine buying funko pops in real life. After you paid actual hard earned cash for it! And funko comes to your house and takes it all! These ppl do this but on a digital sense! Please ppl be careful spending money on this app!! You actually dont own any of this stuff. And seeing first hand this company lying to there customers with their ban system is even more scary!
My account was is under @davidd3351. All of everything I spend on that account all gone in my first and only ban! Ppl on the app now. Please go under the support section in setting and look at the lie before they read this and update it. I already took a screenshot and will see if there is anything I can do with this. Cause as a company taking money as a business. They were quick to break their own procedures, lie about how it works. And unlawfully ban me, take all my money I spend and call it a day for them. This company is a god awful money hungry, unstable company. Who takes money and when there systems go down. We the customers who pays their bills. Have to keep quit and not complain when theyre at fault!. Or they will ban you from only one suspension and top it off by stealing away everything you paid for!. P.s becareful for moderator @Quidd-Megan she is the one going around banning ppl with just one suspension.
Update: So apparently they told me the ban was because of I attempted to sell my account of??!
I felt so relived when I read this! Cause I know that in a fact is a lie! I told them to screen shot anything at all that they have showing that I attempted to sell my account of in anyways! Cause I already know thats completely wrong?. I just emailed them back for them to give me something if anything showing that. Cause they wont find anything its on the moderator who made the mistake.
Will be waiting on that response tmrw. And I wrote something below. For when they catch where they made the mistake. Cause I collect! At 44k items. 400+ sets complete and plus 2k trades! I had fun on this app buying, collecting and trading! And when they see it was a mistake on that moderator. I hope we can come to a understanding!
And &I please quidd dont reply to me on here about your terms and agreement about banning. Cause apparently I know them better then the whole company does! Please go back and re-du your section where Quidd states itself about 1st, 2nd and 3rd ban. Yet I look at the comments here and this company is banning ppl permanently on just 1 ban. This is disgusting and needs to be updated on your app. So ppl dont fall victim to this company stealing everything they paid for!
Update: Will remove and update this review. If they can honor what it says on there support section in setting. And lift account due to first offense. The way it states on how their ban system. Ive also noticed a large community having to enduring the same hardship of losing their accounts over 1 ban and thats it!
They should lift and update ban system wording. And released it under Q&A or announce new ban system in place! If they want to ban ppl permanently then fine. But they have it set up currently with up to 2-3 suspension atm! This is false and can mislead ppl to be so lose with what they say or do! If they had a correct statement under ban policy stating that the account will be perm locked with only your first offense! But its not!
At most they should lift the suspension due to its first offense. And miscommunication between moderators and customer. I mean from a business standings. Misunderstanding happen all the time. But they find common ground to resolve and issue. And continue to do business with one another. Not just cut a source of income off! Cause every dollar counts!
With all that being said. I do hope we can find understanding. And both accept mistakes happen. From both ends! And hopefully I am allowed to continue to collect &a trade. And quidd can continue to add my contributions to the payroll✌?
