Love it, but issues

Quidd is one of the best apps I’ve stumbled upon. But, it has problems. When I go to get card and sticker packs after opening a set, they don’t show up. I can’t buy them, even if they’re still available. So whenever a new set opens, I’m not able to get anything from it. And it’s starting to get on my nerves.

Plead help me with this error. It would be greatly appreciated.
