Please help

I downloaded Quidd a while ago and I collected a few stuff, but then I had to factory reset my iPhone so some of the stuff that I downloaded including quidd got deleted. I didn’t really care though because I thought I could just sign back in, but I got a message that my account was already logged into a similar phone, and now I can no longer log in.
