What the heck!?

I got a new phone and my family member got on there account on my phone cause they lost there phone and had to check something so I let them buy then when I tried to log into my account on my new phone it wouldn’t let me and I tweeted at Quidd about 3 times now and they won’t help me and i haven’t found anyway to help online I used to really love this app but now Ugh I’m s annoyed I want to get back on my account!!!!! But quidd wont help me ? please help!
