It says there are no cards to buy

I had gotten the app a while a go then I let it go I came back with all its updates saying there are no cards to buy in any of the packs.Also when I try to send some of my already owned packs it says I have get cards first but I already had cards from when I got it. It WAS a good app until it would not let me get any more cards to text with
