Love quidd but am upset

Hi Quidd! love the app but have a few problems that are bugging me
And she based on one thing, coins.
First it started with Board Kings, when I reached level two it was supposed to give me a certain amount of coins which I cant remember but never received after a while of waiting I got bored and decided maybe it was just a mistake.
Later today I tried another way to receive 19k coins and had to answer around 30 questions which took awhile since If i didnt get right Id have to keep retrying. I never received those coins either .
It became a bit annoying having to accomplish those tasks but never receiving what I was told I would.
