Terrible Cutoff Service
I have been playing this game for a few months now, but recently I changed into a new phone and when I log in to my account it won’t let me at all. I even tried to do the reset password thing but I never got an email from them. I checked my spam folder and still no email. Take note, this happened 3 weeks ago.
I contacted them about it, and until now I still haven’t heard from them. I wish they could just tell me, “ We don’t know how to fix it.” I would appreciate an honest answer like that instead of waiting for NOTHING. And I am a paying customer. So I goodbye to this crappy app- and no, as much as you think you are better than the others, that’s not really true.
