Needs new update!!!

Ive been using this app religiously for a few months now and within the last week or so its been crashing constantly!!! My daughter had to uninstall it on her Android because it would not work at all. Customer Service is non-existent also! I have sent several emails when I paid $$ for items and did not receive them. Its been about a month now and I still havent heard anything. I have a love/hate relationship with this app. Ill get fed up with it one day.
