Don’t ever have technical issues with your device
First off, don’t get me wrong. When everything works the app is great. Though, if you ever have technical issues where deleting the app isn’t the fix (needing to reset your iPhone or iPod or iPad for example) you will not be able to access your account. You will be told the account is logged into a similar device and when you try to make a new account it tells you the device belongs to said account you try to log in to. Tried to contact quidd support and have yet to get a response. I am not the first one to have this issue. You would think they would do something to have prevented this like if I know the log in information than I should be able to log in no matter what but I guess not.
