Disappointing

Quit overall is mostly great except a rental problem when I had to reset my phone just like a lot of other people below me. I had to start a new account because my old account got shutdown for some reason I wasn’t reported I wasn’t flagged it just stopped and I traded all of my cards to my new account and I try to be down the Quidd app and log into my new account since I can no longer access my old one I cannot get into my Quidd account on my phone now, which is the device that I use more than my iPad, because I had one account assigned to this iPhone and that was the other one that I cannot now get into. I went to Quidd’s support webpage And read down on the rules about the counts unfortunately now I’m not able to access all of my stickers because I can only use them on my iPad and I don’t take that with me everywhere I go I’d like to be using my stickers 24/7 on my iPhone but now I cannot I really wish could would fix this problem but they won’t Allow you to have the same account on different devices. This is extremely upsetting and I enjoyed all of my items so much I had over 1000 stickers in total that took me a while to collect, and now I cannot access them if this isn’t fixed you guys are going to go down in ratings.
