Quidd Support nonexistent Buyer Beware

There are links to an email, and Zendesk is used. An auto response pledges a reply in 7 days.
But no one is home. Actually now I just a blank line for an auto response.
I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for a reply for a missing code Quidd is supposed to provide me (username jmichaeln) for completing the Marvel Value Legacy Stamps. I have sent follow up requests and DM Twitter feed. Nothing.
