Very upset (5 stars to be seen)

I had to reset my phone and now I cannot get back into my account. I’ve tried to get an email sent to my email but nothing works. I even made another account and it won’t let me log into it because of the one account per phone thing. Please help me get back into my first account. I had a ton of cards and I’m pretty bummed that I can’t play the game because of something the creators can control. Do something about this
