Cool idea, terrible customer service

I enjoyed the app when I had it. I had trouble redeeming a code from a Marvel comic and tried to contact support. After 4 months and several emails I finally got a response saying the found my email as they were clearing out old emails and asked if the problem had fixed itself. I replied only to get the same email they had already sent an hour later. I responded again and I got a third copy of the same email. So if you ever have a problem, they don’t care to help you fix it.
