Poor Customer Service

Made a purchase, was charged but never received it. Contacted the company and never heard back for three months. They finally emailed me back saying “we realize this issue may have been resolved in the time it took to get back to you”. The very next day I received another email saying the request had been closed as resolved before I even had a chance to email them back.
