Quidd: Digital Collectibles App Reviews

I have had the app for about 2 months and I think it’s great but I would like to add something.How about maybe some South Park stuff because I’ve been a huge fan of that for a while and I was hopping maybe you would hear me out and add it.

I have the latest iOS and i have a IPhone 6s and it seems it won’t load anything AT ALL, I can’t do anything on it, it used to work but now it doesn’t, fix it please, I liked the app but now I can’t use it

When my friend first told me about Quidd, I was excited! I played it for a while, but then it started saying that I had no stickers when I tried to text! I waited for the next update, and when I got it it still didn’t work! I had to delete it then download it again. So, if you get angry when you lose progress in a game, don’t download this.??? though, I did redownload this game and I got all the stickers back by signing in.

All I wanted was to have fun with friends, but no! I cant even get the stickers to work! This app is useless. DO NOT GET IT!

Quidd is one of the best apps I’ve stumbled upon. But, it has problems. When I go to get card and sticker packs after opening a set, they don’t show up. I can’t buy them, even if they’re still available. So whenever a new set opens, I’m not able to get anything from it. And it’s starting to get on my nerves. Plead help me with this error. It would be greatly appreciated.

Although I have- you really don’t need to. It’s pretty cool, plus I love the stickers! Though recently- not sure if a bug or just me- I haven’t been able to buy stickers. When I click on something, say, Steven Universe, it shows nothing and tells me to come back soon. I click on sets and stickers and try from there, still nothing. Hopefully nothing happened to my account and it’s just a bug, and hopefully it’s fixed soon so I can buy more stickers!

Quidd is great for online collecters but it would be great to make your own things just a suggestion I think they should minecraft then minecraft mods or disney that would be sick

So I’ve had Quidd for about 6 months now. I absolutely love it and the people who complain are just complaining because it took them a while to get the sticker/card/whatever they wanted. However, a day or two after the update it’s not letting me buy packs. I’ll go into Store, and even if it’s not a set where the set is sold-out, it will tell me no sticker packs are available. Quidd, please check that out! Other than that, though, I’ve really loved my experience with Quidd :)

Wanted to update my review. After spending lots of my hard earned cash and tons of effort from my life. And countless days/hours I put into this app. Quidd decided to ban me because I was swearing on a forum along with many others who were upset about spending money one day and their whole servers going down. They give you a place to speak your mind and as an upset customer I did. Fair enough I shouldnt have been swearing on a place where kids now overflow the app. But if you go under there help section Quidd states that they give you 3 offenses! On the first one which was my first and only one. They say they give you a 24hr ban and on the 2nd and 3rd one they can potentially ban you forever. So here is where they went wrong as a company. After 3 days of missing out on everything. They sent me a email saying that Im banned for ever. After just my first ban! And heres the kicker. All the things we the ppl assume we own since we are spending money on these non tangable/non real items. They turned around and kept all my 44,000+ items! Gone and you cant even keep them by moving them to another account. Which means to the ppl spending money on this app. You dont really own anything you spend on here! They can strip you of it and keep it! Can you imagine buying funko pops in real life. After you paid actual hard earned cash for it! And funko comes to your house and takes it all! These ppl do this but on a digital sense! Please ppl be careful spending money on this app!! You actually dont own any of this stuff. And seeing first hand this company lying to there customers with their ban system is even more scary! My account was is under @davidd3351. All of everything I spend on that account all gone in my first and only ban! Ppl on the app now. Please go under the support section in setting and look at the lie before they read this and update it. I already took a screenshot and will see if there is anything I can do with this. Cause as a company taking money as a business. They were quick to break their own procedures, lie about how it works. And unlawfully ban me, take all my money I spend and call it a day for them. This company is a god awful money hungry, unstable company. Who takes money and when there systems go down. We the customers who pays their bills. Have to keep quit and not complain when theyre at fault!. Or they will ban you from only one suspension and top it off by stealing away everything you paid for!. P.s becareful for moderator @Quidd-Megan she is the one going around banning ppl with just one suspension. Update: So apparently they told me the ban was because of I attempted to sell my account of??! I felt so relived when I read this! Cause I know that in a fact is a lie! I told them to screen shot anything at all that they have showing that I attempted to sell my account of in anyways! Cause I already know thats completely wrong?. I just emailed them back for them to give me something if anything showing that. Cause they wont find anything its on the moderator who made the mistake. Will be waiting on that response tmrw. And I wrote something below. For when they catch where they made the mistake. Cause I collect! At 44k items. 400+ sets complete and plus 2k trades! I had fun on this app buying, collecting and trading! And when they see it was a mistake on that moderator. I hope we can come to a understanding! Update: Will remove and update this review. If they can honor what it says on there support section in setting. And lift account due to first offense. The way it states on how their ban system. Ive also noticed a large community having to enduring the same hardship of losing their accounts over 1 ban and thats it! They should lift and update ban system wording. And released it under Q&A or announce new ban system in place! If they want to ban ppl permanently then fine. But they have it set up currently with up to 2-3 suspension atm! This is false and can mislead ppl to be so lose with what they say or do! If they had a correct statement under ban policy stating that the account will be perm locked with only your first offense! But its not! At most they should lift the suspension due to its first offense. And miscommunication between moderators and customer. I mean from a business standings. Misunderstanding happen all the time. But they find common ground to resolve and issue. And continue to do business with one another. Not just cut a source of income off! Cause every dollar counts! With all that being said. I do hope we can find understanding. And both accept mistakes happen. From both ends! And hopefully I am allowed to continue to collect &a trade. And quidd can continue to add my contributions to the payroll✌? Update: just installed topps last night! Any Walking dead fans will love this app! Its set up the way Quidd has there set up for trades, and buying packs but for Walking Dead and FTWD! Spending my money here until Quidd honors there Ban system that they have in place for 1st, 2nd & 3rd offense! And lifts my suspension from my 1st and only offense! Will keep this posted updated as long as it needs to! Update to response from quidd support on here. You say I can still use my account. But we both know without trading its impossible to complete sets. So there is no point in continuing to use the account without being able to trade. Period! Im glad Quidd has updates all there sections but even with all that. Im still being punished. I asked for any proof of me selling my account in any way, cause I know that was a lie! And still nothing. So as I stated above. Will continue to update this as much as needed. Until I am lifted from my first and only suspension for doing nothing! Until then. The review stands and Ill continue to spend money over at topps daily! While quidd continues to play unprofessional. Thanks for your time Refresh Still waiting on my first suspension. My IPad had to be reset to original settings. My Quidd, which I had over 80,000 cards, would not reload. I kept getting an error message that said my Ipad already had an identical account. So I used my kids IPad to get back into my account which only gives me accesss to it. Quidd support is of absolutely no help. They’ve had this issue from the start and refuse to fix it. They wanted my money to buy points but have absolutely no customer service and don’t give a darn about whether or not you can access it afterward. If you ever need to reset your device, whether it be IPad, IPhone or any other device and system, you will lose your access. You had best have another device available if you want to access your account. Over the last month I’ve traded all my best stuff to my wife so at least she can enjoy what took me from Quidd’s start to collect. Shame on Quidd for knowing this problem exists and not fixing it. I’m through with Quidd. Be prepared for a great disappointment if you ever have pad or phone problems. You’ve been warned so don’t act surprised when it happens to you. I’m just one of hundreds that this has happened to so unless you’re due for an upgrade pad or phone, you’ve lost. Thanks Quidd for taking care of your paying customers in such an obnoxious and condescending way.

Sadly, I can only give this two stars because of its “one account system.” What it’s supposed to do is help block people who have been named to stay banned. But what ends up happening is that if you change phones or in some cases, change the battery, it will log you out and you can’t get back on it. It was extremely fun to play while I have it, but I simply can’t play anymore due to this system they don’t seem to change anytime soon Edit:I know that the developers want me to send a email and go from there but the email will never send no matter what I do and what I check

If a developer is reading this, could you add The Walking Dead? That would make Quidd a lot better for me and other fans!

After completing many coin offers and spending many hours building my collection, I was banned without explanation. I also have a completed offer that I never got my 1.3 million coins for. After many days I was told I violated terms of service, but was not given an explanation how. I guess it could be summed up in the fact the game Support is very very poor.

Free coins mean you can still collect without constant buy ins. Trading can complete sets without wasting packs of mostly duplicates. Hours of fun and safe for the kids
